Conference Conveners

The 2010 Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference - May 4-6 in Washington, D.C. - is the leading forum in the United States for putting ideas to work and building a green economy that creates good jobs, reduces global warming and preserves America's economic and environmental security.

Serving as a Conference Convener is an important and prominent way that an organization can take part in the 2010 Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference. The 2010 Conference will include three days of workshops, plenaries and prominent keynotes, as well as the Green Jobs Expo.

In 2009, approximately 120 organizations served as Conveners for the Goods Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference, which brought together nearly 3,000 participants. These organizations represented a wide-ranging group of advocacy organizations, businesses, labor unions, local and regional groups, community organizations, foundations and academic institutions.
